If you need to cancel a walk, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We understand that plans can change, and with early notice, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy, including our specific Holiday Cancellation Policy, for details on any applicable charges based on notice given.
This depends on the size of the group. All places are local, have been assessed prior to the walk to ensure all dogs safety and no dog is allowed off their leash.
Rainy Days
We embrace it! Coming from England, a bit of rain won’t deter Zed and me. We recommend putting your pup in a light raincoat or being prepared for a slightly damp dog, though we'll do our best to towel-dry your pup before returning them.
Hot Days
We aim to start walks as close to 8:30 a.m. as possible. We’ll stick to shaded routes, with a fully air-conditioned vehicle on standby and regular rest and water breaks.
In extreme weather, for your dog’s safety and well-being, walks may be shortened or canceled. We’ll notify you in advance and can provide drop-in visits if needed.
Always. If I notice a change in behavior, poop or potential injury, I will be sure to let you know straight away.
Yes, we’re available for most holidays! Please note that holiday bookings may have adjusted pricing, booking procedures, and cancellation policies.
